Chesapeake Crab Dip
Ingredients:
- 8 ounce Cream Cheese
- 8 ounce Sour Cream
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Crab Dip Blend
- dash Worcestershire sauce and/or lemon juice
- 1 each 6.5 oz can of crabmeat* (see instructions for other options)
Directions:
Soften cream cheese over low heat with 2 tbsp. water. Add all other ingredients and stir gently. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Serve chilled with plain crackers or chips. *1/2 to 1 lb fresh crabmeat can be used. * Recipe yields 2 1/2 cups.
