She-Crab Soup is a creamy bisque-style soup flavored with crabmeat and the delicate roe of the Chesapeake Bay’s blue crab. If desired, sprinkle with extra nutmeg, add additional dry sherry or garnish with fresh or canned crabmeat. Just add milk or cream, heat and serve. A 15 oz. tin serves four.
