A new red table wine from Holly Grove, Genesis marks a "new beginning" with this unique blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot. These bourdeaux varietals are combined to produce a full bodied wine.

Chatham Vineyards' Church Creek 2007 Chardonnay was fermented and aged in stainless steel for nine months. The result is a wine with tropical fruit flavors and crisp acidity. There were 450 cases produced.

This wine is made by limiting the time the grape skins are in contact with the juice during the fermentation process. This produces a wine of a lighter color and reduced tannins yielding floral characteristics with hints of strawberry and cranberry flavors. 330 cases were produced.

This barrel-fermented Chardonnay was whole cluster pressed, fermented and aged sur-lie in French Oak casks for over nine months. The result is a fruit forward wine expressing lush tropical flavors with a nuance of rich vanilla. Winner of the 2008 Eastern Wine Competition (NY), 2008 Lodi CA International Wine Awards, 2007 VA Governor's Cup and other competitions.
